Our professionally trained and expert coaches actively coach each class that you attend. They coach and talk you through every movement ensuring that you move correctly and get the best possible results regardless of your level and experience.

We provide personalized diet and nutrition coaching to help you achieve the best possible results from our programme. We guide you along every step of the way and undertake regular body fat measurements.

Functional Training
A 1 hour class consists of a warm-up, a skills workout in gymnastics or weightlifting, a WOD (workout of the day) which is normally a metabolic workout up to 30 minutes. We then stretch and have a cool-down. We use a rig, free weights, rowers, bikes and running as well as other specialized strength and conditioning equipment.

Our community is our greatest strength here at CrossFit Emsworth. You'll become inspired and motivated by the lifelong friends you'll make. We train together, socialize together, and inspire each other to do our best and achieve our best!

With 1 to 1 coaching you progress more quickly and safely. You build a solid foundation to work off, you learn about yourself, your movement patterns, your capacity and what you really want to achieve.
